The perfect cup of chai is only a few minutes away no matter where you are. See which method suits your lifestyle and join me on this incredible journey over a cup of delicious chai – your way.

At Home

With Milk
  1. Add 1 heaped tablespoon (15gms) of chai per person to a pot
  2. Add 3/4 th mug of water per person to a pot (Approx. 200ml)
  3. Boil on high for 5 minutes. Give that delicious elixir a few stirs now and then
  4. Add 1/2 a mug of your choice of milk per person (Approx. 125ml)
  5. Bring to boil for 1 minute on a medium simmer
  6. Let this amazingness sit for a minute after the heat is turned off
  7. Strain and enjoy,

Notes: Best milk to use is full cream. For vegan options use Bonsoy or Almond milk (Milk lab)

Without Milk
  1. Add 1 mug of water per person to a pot (approx. 250ml).
  2. Add 1 heaped tablespoon (15gms) of CHAI per person to the pot. Bring the water to boil.
  3. Medium simmer for up to 1 minutes.
  4. Let it sit for about a minute after the burner is turned off.
  5. Strain and let that cup of Chai take you places.

At Work

  1. Add 1 heaped tablespoon (15gms) of CHA-i per person to teapot/infuser
  2. Add 1/2 mug (Approx. 125ml) of hot/boiling water per person to the teapot/infuser
  3. Let this sit for 2 to 3 minutes at least. The longer the better. Stir occasionally.
  4. Add choice of milk (Approx. 125ml) heated or cold to the teapot/infuser.
  5. Let this mixture sit for about a 1 to 2 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  6. Strain and enjoy.

Notes: Best milk to use is full cream. For vegan options use Bonsoy or Almond milk (Milk lab)

Without Milk
  1. Add 1 heaped tablespoon (15gms) of CHA-i per person to teapot/infuser
  2. Add 1 mug(approx. 250ml) of water per person to the teapot/infuser

At a cafe

(Regular Size Cup 8oz = 280ml)
  1. Add 2 tablespoon CHA-i (20 grams) to an empty milk jug
  2. Cover with 120ml/g boiling water and stir well
  3. Steam with wand on low for 10-15 seconds
  4. Allow chai to steep for 1-2 mins at least
  5. Steam with wand on low for 10-15 seconds
  6. Add 140ml/g milk of choice to milk jug with chai mixture and steam together with wand till chai is combined with milk
  7. Rest for at least 1 minute.
  8. Strain and serve with a light shake of crunchy ‘chai sprinkle’ to garnish.

(Large Size Cup 12oz = 400ml)
  1. Add 3 tablespoons CHA-i (30 grams) to an empty milk jug.
  2. Cover with 180ml/g boiling water and stir well.
  3. Steam with wand on low for 10-15 seconds.
  4. Allow chai to steep for 1-2 mins at least.
  5. Steam with wand on low for 10-15 seconds.
  6. Add 200ml/g milk of choice to milk jug with chai mixture and steam together with wand till chai is combined with milk.
  7. Rest for at least 1 minute
  8. Strain and serve with a light shake of crunchy ‘chai sprinkle’ to garnish.

Steep and strain method at a cafe (without milk)

1. Add 1 mug of water per person to a milk jug(approx. 250ml).
2. Add 1 heaped tablespoon (15gms) of CHA-i per person to the milk jug.
3. Let this sit for a minute low wand for 20 to 30 seconds.
4. Let it sit for about a minute before serving
5. Strain and serve with a light shake of crunchy ‘chai sprinkle’ to garnish.
