The journey begins by carefully hand-selecting spices. These spices are then ground up using a mortar and pestle into a rough powder, just as it was done generations ago. This not only helps bruise and release the aromatics of the ingredients but it also keeps tradition alive.

Next comes what we like to call the flava’ maker, the secret binding agent which keeps the essence of the spices together. This ingredient makes our tea delicious and creamy like no other. And don’t worry, no animals or bees are harmed during this process.

All of the ingredients are then combined until the consistency is just right.
